It is the policy of Octodi to respect Personal Information that is collected or maintained by or on behalf of the Company. In furtherance of this commitment, the Company has decided not to leak any personal information to anyone (not associated with our company) in any case.

All personal information entered by customers during registration will be transferred and stored into the database for the specific period required by internal regulations or any other laws regarding data safeguard guidelines; a complete disposal follows at the end of this period. Data retained in the database will not be used other than its sole purpose. We use technical means to completely remove any personal information in electronic data file format and make them unrecoverable permanently.

Security : The Company takes reasonable and appropriate precautions to protect Personal Information in its possession and control from loss, misuse, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized access or disclosure.

Data Integrity : The Company limits the collection, usage, and retention of Personal Information to the relevant purposes and takes steps to ensure that any Personal Information are accurate, complete, current and reliable for the intended use.

Constraint : The Company has put in place mechanisms to verify its ongoing compliance to these privacy principles. Any Company employee found to have violated the privacy principles will be subject to appropriate corrective actions.
