A. Login ID and Password will be issued to buyers to track their orders.

A. To order a product (Chemicals or Process Equipments) go to the Tab of Chemicals and Process Equipments at Home Page. Click the tab for products (Chemicals or Process Equipments) list. You will see the order link against each chemical.

Q. What if I did not get the product of my choice ?
A. In that case you can fill up the Enquiry Form. Octodi team will try to arrange that product.

Q. How can I get more details of products listed ?
A. Click on the name of product, a new window will appear in which you can find more details. You can also download PDF files against each product.

Q. How can I get a call back from Octodi ?
A. If you want to hear from our Customer Care, you have to fill up the “Request Call Back” form on the right side of Home Page.
